CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES
(HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY)
(12) oz semi-sweet chocolate morsels
(6) oz white chocolate morsels
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate in two different saucepans over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove both chocolates from the heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Working quickly, hold each strawberry by the stem to dip it into the dark chocolate. Repeat this step for all strawberries and place them on the parchment paper. Next, dip a fork into the white chocolate and move it back and forth over each strawberry to create a drizzle pattern. Repeat this step until all strawberries are drizzled in white chocolate.
