    (1) large bunch fresh collard greens
    (1) cup cooked rice
    (1/4) cup olive oil
    (1/2) cup nuts, chopped
    (1/2) cup basil, chopped
    (1/2) cup lemon juice

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil while you carefully wash and stem the collard greens. Lower collard greens into the boiling water, then drain and set aside. Next, saute the rice, basil, and nuts in two tablespoons of olive oil for five minutes. Wrap each leaf of the collard greens around two spoonfuls of the rice mixture. Layer a greased 9″x13″ baking pan with the stuffed collard greens. In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice and the rest of the olive oil together and drizzle over the stuffed collard greens. Bake for (30) minutes at 175 degrees (F).
